Abstract: A 71 years old female, operated 4 years back for ductal carcinoma left breast, presented with insidious onset, multiple flesh-colored to redraised asymptomatic lesions over body of 1 month duration. Lesions initially developed over face and gradually progressed to involve neck, trunk, and upper extremities. She denied history of any fresh systemic complaint.
