Gemini Anastomosis for Dual Venous Anastomosis in Head and Neck Reconstruction

Abstract: Summary: Free tissue transfer has been frequently used in head and neck reconstruction. However, vascular problems still cause serious damage to patients when thromboses occur in microvascular anastomoses.
