The prevalence of mental disorders experienced by the global community, including in Indonesia, is increasing steadily. It is thus necessary to have a time-efficient and valid screening measuring tool as a basis to provide appropriate treatment to mental disorders. The Self-Report Questionnaire-20 (SRQ-20) is a screening tool that is often used in Indonesia to identify mental disorder symptoms. However there is limited study that has attempted to discover the SRQ-20 factors and conducted a construct validity test on them. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors and test the construct validity of SRQ-20 developed by the World Health Organization (WHO). There were 674 students involved in the study. Exploratory factor analysis was used to discover the factors. Evidence based on internal structure using a confirmatory factor analysis was also collected. Findings revealed five factors for the SRQ-20, these are energy, cognitive, depression, physiological, and anxiety. The five factor model is an alternative for classifying symptoms on the SRQ-20. This way, symptoms on the SRQ-20 can be grouped into five factors, of which can assist clinicians take more appropriate and faster action. Findings also revealed, however, that the construct validity of the five factor model needs is less than the one factor model. Therefore, for further research, using a wider population to check the stability of structure across developmental age. SRQ-20 could also be compared with the gold standard measurement to get a predictive validity.

Migrating is a form of educational exploration for adolescents, particularly those in high school. Various issues are confronting migrants in their adolescence impact individuals' psychological well-being, which is inextricably linked to the practice of healthy behavior. Therefore, this study aimed to view the effect of healthy behavior on the psychological well-being of migrant high school students. The research employed a quantitative method with a simple regression design. An incidental sampling technique was used to select 111 high school students aged 15 to 18 who migrated to Central Java. The measurement of the study utilized the Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile II (α = 0.954) and the Ryff Scales of Psychological Well-Being (α = 0.941). The study's findings demonstrate that healthy behavior affects the psychological well-being of migrant high school students (t = 3.921 with sig. = 0.000). Healthy behavior had a 12.4% effect on psychological well-being. Healthy behavior in migrant high school students could enhance their psychological well-being. It is expected that migrant high school students will maintain healthy behavior daily to achieve optimal psychological well-being.

Tuntutan akademis, berada pada tahap perkembangan remaja akhir, serta pembelajaran yang berfokus pada teori dapat memengaruhi taraf kesejahteraan psikologis siswa SMA. Beberapa insiden pada siswa SMA yang terjadi di Bali mengindikasikan taraf kesejahteraan psikologis yang rendah. Dengan demikian, kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa SMA perlu diperhatikan untuk mencegah terjadinya dampak negatif yang tidak diinginkan. Kesejahteraan psikologis dapat dipengaruhi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dukungan sosial dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa SMA di Bali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi berganda. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah two stage cluster sampling. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini merupakan 254 siswa SMA di Provinsi Bali. Alat ukur penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala kesejahteraan psikologis (?=0,945), skala dukungan sosial (?=0,898), dan skala motivasi berprestasi (?=0,918). Hasil dari uji regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan motivasi berprestasi berperan secara simultan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa SMA (R=0,662; R2=0,438; p=0,000<0,05). Dukungan sosial dan motivasi berprestasi juga berperan secara parsial dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis pada siswa SMA (dukungan sosial: ?=0,302, p=0,000; motivasi berprestasi: ?=0,440, p=0,000). Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu dapat memberikan gambaran tentang peran dukungan sosial dn motivasi berprestasi terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis siswa SMA di Bali. Hasil penelitian ini juga dapat dijadikan salah satu rujukan dalam rangka meningkatkan dan menjaga kesejahteraan psikologis siswa SMA selama menempuh pendidikan.
