Abstract: A new concept of a fusion device as an open system is presented in which the desirable plasma structure is produced by continuous injection of negentropy (or free energy) from and ejection of increased entropy to external environment. Here the energy with increased entropy needs to be continuously ejected out in order to maintain the low entropy state (or ordered structure) of the plasma needed for fusion reaction.
