Functional properties of nanopowder nickel materials with trimodal porosity consolidated by sintering-dissolution method

Abstract: Nanopowder nickel materials with trimodal porosity were consolidated in the sintering-dissolution process using bidispersed NaCl porogen powders. The dependence of the permeability of the fabricated porous nickel materials on the ratio of coarse and fine components of bidisperse porogen was investigated. The studies were carried out on samples made using 80 and 85 vol.% of porogen.
