Abstract: At mid-term follow-up, the Contegra grafts withstood high pressure without significant dysfunction or aneurysmal dilatation requiring surgery. Contegra appears to be an acceptable alternative to the aortic homograft for use after unifocalization of MAPCAs in infancy.
