From a Personal Commitment to a Safety Scale: Development and Validation of a Self-Reported Safety Practices Scale for Latino Day Laborers

Abstract: Latino Day Laborers (LDL) experience high rates of occupational injury while navigating worksite hazards without adequate safety equipment or training.
