These authors suggested that CTCL patients with peripheral blood involvement have a significantly shorter survival time than patients without peripheral blood involvement [4]. We can speculate that multiple cutaneous involvement of a cutaneous lymphoma with the same T-cell clone is only possible by haematogenous or lymphogenous spread.…”
