Frailty in elderly patients undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract: A not negligible proportion of elderly patients with STEMI fulfilled the frailty criteria. Frailty was independently associated with mortality. A very simple, feasible geriatric assessment by trained nurses can contribute to predict mortality.
