Abstract: The minute pirate bugs (Hemiptera: Anthocoridae) are effective biological control agents against destructive agricultural pests such as the western flower thrips, Frankliniella occidentalis Pergande (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) in agroecosystems around the world.
