Focal Glomerulosclerosis in Renal Allografts

Abstract: Focal segmental and/or global sclerotic glomerular lesions with hyalinosis were noted in three allografts in association with the nephrotic syndrome (NS) and chronic rejection (CR). Similar lesions were absent in eight allografts with CR without NS.
