Abstract-The vagueness in decision-making may be due to ambiguity in the decisional requirements expression. Therefore, in the literature dealing with vagueness in decision systems, studies were concentrated on data vagueness and not on decision requirements. In order to evaluate the expression in decision-making requirements and in order to improve the data warehouses design quality, this paper presents a rigorous fuzzy ontologybased solution.Based on the latest Zadeh theory "Ref.[1]", Authors in "Ref. [2.3]", propose a solution consisting in using ontologies to provide "an understanding of how the meaning of a proposal can be composed of the meaning of its constituents. One of the limitations of this solution is the fuzziness presence only at the adjective sentence. In some sense, our proposal can be seen as a continuation of that work. We limit our study, in this paper to the "Near negative" operator case. To the best of our knowledge, this case has not been addressed yet in the data warehouse context.

-There are multiple approaches for mapping from a domain ontology to a database in the task of ontology-based data access. For that purpose, external mapping documents are most commonly used. These documents describe how the data necessary for the description of ontology individuals and other values, are to be obtained from the database. The present paper investigates the use of special database concepts. These concepts are not separated from the domain ontology; they are mixed with domain concepts to form a combined application ontology. By creating natural relationships between database concepts and domain concepts, mapping can be implemented more easily and with a specific purpose. The paper also investigates how the use of such database concepts in addition to domain concepts impacts ontology building and data retrieval.

In late years, economic growth and globalization have driven significant modernization of Ayurvedic Medicine in India. According to Ayurvedic Medicine, human body is divided into three constitutions/tridoshas based on the hypothesis of Prakriti. The categories of Prakriti are written based on the philosophy of tridoshas namely Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Ayurvedic clinicians' records/documents the consultation of patient along with patient's Prakriti in a paper. This is neither exchanged nor made accessible to other clinicians'. Due to rapid advancement in electronic media, the necessity of digital Ayurvedic patient management systems could help in diagnosing the patient before the consultation of clinicians. Henceforth, an electronic health record system is proposed that uses ontology oriented procedure to compute the physical constitutions of a human body. Specifically, a rule based system is developed and evaluated using Particle Swarm Optimization -Adaptive Network based Fuzzy Inference system (PSO-ANFIS). The ontological inputs to the fuzzy interface includes Doshas, food and lifestyle recommendations, obtained from clinical and textual data. Automated system created using ontology oriented PSO-ANFIS interface supports food, herbs, diet and life style recommendation to the patients'. The proposed model is evaluated with different patient and the sample is tested with the clinicians. The results proved that the proposed method fits with better results than the conventional ones.
