Abstract: Mycobacterium marinum (M marinum) is a nontuberculosis mycobacterial infection seen in patients with marine water exposure, giving it the eponym "fish tank granuloma." 1 We present a case of M marinum infection in a patient on golimumab and a review of the literature providing guidance on diagnosis and treatment of M marinum infection in patients taking tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha antagonists.
