Financial Exclusion of the Rural Population in Poland

Abstract: Celem badań było: zdefi niowanie pojęcia i rodzajów bezpieczeństwa żywnościowego oraz warunków jego spełnienia; scharakteryzowanie poziomu spożycia podstawowych produktów żywnościowych w latach 2000-2013; dokonanie oceny ekonomicznej dostępności do żywności i zróżnicowania społeczności polskiej pod tym względem; a także ustalenie poziomu spożycia energii, jej struktury oraz podstawowych składników odżywczych dla poszczególnych grup społeczno-ekonomicznych gospodarstw w 2000, 2012 i 2013 roku.
