Abstract: Trichogranuloma is characterized by a foreign body-type granulomatous inflammatory process resulting from the presence of hair fragments in the dermis. We report a case of a two-year-old male cat, presenting pain and an increase in volume in the right pelvic limb. Physical examination revealed a nodular lesion that drained a purulent secretion.
