Abstract:This study explores the relationship between entrepreneurial characteristics and the performance of chili pepper farming on sandy land in Kapanewon Galur, Kulon Progo Regency. Key entrepreneurial traits examined include leadership, confidence, risk-taking, hard work, and innovation. The performance metrics include sales target achievement and profit target achievement.
