Descrever, na visão dos residentes, a organização e as dinâmicas de atendimento instituídas na atenção primária à saúde na pandemia da COVID-19, e discutir o processo de educação neste contexto. Estudo qualitativo, descritivo, desenvolvido com os alunos do Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde da Família da Universidade Federal de Rondônia, Brasil. Aplicou-se entrevista semiestruturada entre junho e agosto de 2020, e análise de conteúdo temática. Emergiram três categorias, com temas que envolveram habilidade de comunicação, trabalho em equipe, liderança, conhecimento e contato com o território, flexibilidade, educação permanente e equilíbrio emocional. Destacaram-se dificuldades na educação pela necessidade de novo planejamento didático-pedagógico, falta de recursos e pouco investimento na atenção primária. Das facilidades, destacaram-se autonomia e implementação de novas estratégias, como telemonitoramento. A pandemia trouxe novos elementos para a educação do residente, ampliando seu escopo, principalmente, na gestão e liderança.

Education of multidisciplinary residents in primary care in COVID-19
Abstract: To describe, in the residents' view, the organization and dynamics of care instituted in primary health care in the COVID-19 pandemic, and to discuss the education process in this context. A qualitative, descriptive study developed with students from the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Family Health at the Federal University of Rondônia, Brazil. A semi-structured interview was applied between June and August 2020, and thematic content analysis. Three categories emerged, with themes that involved communication skills, teamwork, leadership, knowledge and contact with the territory, flexibility, permanent education and emotional balance. Difficulties in education were highlighted due to the need for new didactic-pedagogical planning, lack of resources and little investment in primary care. Of the facilities, autonomy and implementation of new strategies, such as telemonitoring, stood out. The pandemic brought new elements to resident education, expanding its scope, mainly in management and leadership
