“…Grinding of pristine MoS 2 powder in NMP was carried out for 1 hour in a mortar followed by heating at 100 °C for 1 hour to evaporate the solvent. Furthermore ground MoS 2 was dispersed in NMP for probe sonication for 1 hour as grinding and sonication both are effective in exfoliation of MoS 2 flakes42.
