Abstract: Acetaminophen (APAP) is a widely used analgesic, especially for children. Its primary mechanism involves inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes and activating the endocannabinoid and TRPV1 systems. Though its toxicity is low, it can harm the liver in a dose-dependent manner.
