Abstract: Through the establishment of FIT Malaysia, the Malaysian Ministry of Youth and Sports (MOYS) aimed to ensure the adoption of healthy lifestyles by all Malaysians particularly youth, with initiatives to provide a variety of sports and fitness activities.
