Examination of Corruption Algorithm in the Public Tender on the Example of Construction Industry

Abstract

Th e article presents methods of examination corruption in the public tender for the construction of residential property. Investment growth in the construction industry and increasing unfair acts in determining the winner in the tender cause the need of tools for monitoring of the eff ectiveness of budget allocations.
