“…In the intervention group (ST2 group), the treatment was optimized following the value of the sST2; in the control group (BNP group), the cardiologists was blinded to the sST2 and optimized the treatment following usual practice. The design paper was published elsewhere [ 13 ] and referenced in clinical trial (NCT02963272).…”

“…К настоящему времени нет ни одного завершившегося исследования эффективности sST2-управляемой терапии. Однако такие работы начаты во Франции (исследование STADE-HF) [82] и в России в ФГБУ «НМИЦ кардиологии» МЗ РФ.…”

“…However, when the cardiac load increases, the secretion of sST2 increases, and the sST2 reduces the cardiac protective effect of the IL-33/ST2L signal pathway by competitive binding to IL-33. 13,14 It was inferred that sST2 may be the pathogenetic mediator leading to myocardial hypertrophy and myocardial brosis. sST2 is directly related to the myocardial brosis response aer injury and can reect the degree of myocardial brosis and ventricular remodeling in patients with HF.…”
