Evaluation of caridean ecological distribution in the Ubatuba region, southeastern Brazilian coast using unsupervised machine learning technique

Abstract: Several human actions can directly or indirectly affect marine environments (O'Hara et al., 2019). Among the anthropic impacts, we highlight bottom-trawling fishery, which is considered one of the main sources of environment perturbation in marine ecosystems (Fransozo et al., 2016;Simpson & Watling, 2006).
