“…According to a growing number of researchers, mental health measures should not only include manifestations of psychological distress but manifestations of psychological wellbeing as well (Massé et al, 1998). Secondly, this study explores the effect of Grégoire and Lachance's (2015) intervention on two critical emotion regulation abilities among call center employees (i.e., emotion awareness and impulse control).
