This research aims to measure supply chain performance of dairy concentrate in cooperative with the SCOR-AHP approach and develop improvement based on the performance result, and to analyze the quality suitability as a basis to develop a comprehensive quality standard and its quality control mechanism. This research was conducted at a dairy farmer cooperative located in West Java. The analysis used to measure the performance was supply chain operation reference-analysis hierarchy process (SCOR-AHP). For measuring the product quality, ten post-production concentrate samples, 27 samples after the distribution process, and 25 samples for homogeneity test from five mixer machines were taken. Concentrate quality parameters were moisture, ash, crude fat, crude protein, crude fiber, total digestible nutrients (TDN), and salt content. Post-production samples data were compared with Indonesian National Standard (SNI) using one-tailed one-sample t-test, samples data from the field were tested using two samples independent t-tests compared to post-production samples data, and homogeneity test was seen from the coefficient of variation value of the salt content. The results show that the supply chain performance value of dairy cow concentrate at the cooperative is excellent. The nutrient content complies with SNI, but the homogeneity of the mixture is classified as poor category. The nutrient content of samples taken from the field shows differences with post-production samples except for TDN. The excessive total cost can be utilized to enhance performance in generating a better quality product. The cooperative should enhance homogeneity by concerning the mixing process and maintain the quality consistency by reformulating, stabilizing the quality of feedstuff, and calculating stock properly to avoid longer storage.

This research focuses on exploring the marketing and supply chain integration strategy at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Holding Company. The status of the state-owned enterprise (SOE) cement industry has dominated the cement market share in Indonesia after the holding strategy, but the data shows that the market share of Semen Indonesia sales has continued to decline. Another problem is that the accumulated cost of revenue has increased sharply, especially since the income growth is not significant, so that gross income has decreased. This research presents integration activities that occur at the corporate and functional level in the marketing and supply chain directorates. The case study method is used in this research to track the integration of marketing and supply chains as an effort to improve the company's sales performance. Data was collected through in-depth interviews in the Marketing Research & Analysis section of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and secondary data in the form of company annual reports. The results of this study indicate that PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk integrates marketing and its supply chain through a strategy of unifying the two functions in one directorate. The marketing and supply chain functions at each Operating holding have been revoked, all of them directly managed by the Holding Company. The supply chain is centrally integrated in the form of transportation, distribution and procurement functions. In the marketing aspect, the Holding Company integrates the marketing planning and marketing control and marketing functions as well as the sales function. Knowing the performance of a company is needed in order to be able to determine the extent to which goals have been achieved. The final objective of this research was to analyze the performance of Al-Ittifaq vegetable supply chain for each of its members in order to achieve a common goal, by maximizing the resources they have with their best practices. The analytical method used in this research was the Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) model by considering the internal and external attributes of the foodSCOR card. The four attributes used in this study were reliability, responsiveness, agility ,and assets. The results of measuring internal performance in the supply chain at all levels in the responsiveness and agility attributes had achieved superior performance positions on the foods card. The value of Al-Ittifaq vegetable supply chain performance on reliability attributes in conformity performance with the standards was still in the advantage position, while the delivery performance and order fulfillment were already in a superior position. The internal performance of the Al-Ittifaq vegetable supply chain in each section for the cash to cash cycle time attribute had reached a superior position. The daily inventory performance was still in the advantage position, therefore Al-Ittifaq it still needs improvement in performance by not doing a daily inventory to reduce storage costs and to always provide fresh vegetables.
