Abstract: A n e w j o i n t detection m e t h o d based o n s p h e r e packing lattice decoding is presented. T h e alg o r i t h m is suitable for b o t h synchronous a n d asynchronous CDMA-DSSS systems, a n d i t may detect up to 32 users w i t h a reasonable complexity. T h e complexity is i n d e p e n d e n t of t h e modulation size.
