Ethnoscience is a learning approach related the actual knowledge of the community to scientific knowledge. This article aims to analyze the study of ethnosciences and their integration with science learning for the last five years published in journals indexed by SCOPUS and SINTA This is qualitative research using a literature review of 20 articles selected based on the paper classification form (PCF). Ethnoscience Learning can be related with culture and local wisdom to the local environment. The results of the paper classification form for research in the field of science, physics, chemistry, and biology. Analysis results show that ethnoscience learning can be integrated with other learning approaches and models, such as contextual, collaborative learning, context-based learning, direct instruction, problem-based learning, and project-based learning. Based on this study, the application of ethnoscience learning can train, improve, and provide a positive effect on competencies in the 21st century, such as critical thinking, creativity, generic science skill, concepts understanding, character, chemical literacy, and scientific literacy

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) model based on local wisdom in making lemang kancung beruk to improve students' critical thinking skills. Methodology: The research method is a quasi-experimental form of non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design with non-probability sampling technique-purposive sampling. The data collection techniques used critical thinking skills tests with FRISCO indicator essay tests and observation sheets. Technical data analysis used Analysis of covariance (Ancova) test and quantitative descriptive approach used SPSS 20 program. Main Findings: The research results of the Ancova hypothesis test show that the corrected model sig value is 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, This means that the problem-based learning (PBL) model based on local wisdom in making lemang kancung beruk has a significant and moderate effect on improving students' critical thinking skills. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this research is the implementation of problem-based learning (PBL) model based on local wisdom of Kerinci-Sungai Penuh area in science learning. The limitations in the study are the competencies measured in the integrated essay test and the subject matter is the science material of substances and their changes in class VII.

Tulungagung Batik Ethnoscience-Oriented E-Module Design On Chemical Bonding Materials. As time goes by, the field of education requires innovation in learning, especially in chemistry subjects, which does not diminish the culture inherent in Indonesia. Therefore, innovation is needed in the form of an ethnoscience-oriented e-module with the theme of Tulungagung batik culture on chemical bonding. The aim of this research is to create a product that adapts to the times but does not fade the culture, to find out the feasibility of this e-module product and to find out the level of student response to this e-module. This research uses the RnD (Research and Development) research method or research and development with a development model, namely 4D which was modified into 3D by Thiagarajan. The instrument used was a student response questionnaire. The results of this research on the feasibility aspect of the material got a percentage of 90% and on the aspect of media feasibility got a percentage of 94% with very feasible criteria, while the student responses showed a percentage of 86%. Therefore, this emodule product is very suitable for use.
