Abstract: In this study, undoped and Mg-doped ␥-Fe 2 O 3 nanopowders have been synthesized by nonaqueous medium method and studied for their gas sensing behavior to C 2 H 5 OH, CH 4 , NH 3 , H 2 and CO.
