Estratégias de operações de serviço no setor público: um exame a partir da produção científica brasileira no período de 2004-2014

Abstract: O presente artigo tem como objetivo realizar uma revisão sistemática do campo de Gestão de Operações de Serviços (GOS) no setor público, no período de 2004 a 2014, a fim de verificar as características e evolução das publicações nacionais na área.
