[17][18][19] In our study, CPR duration of 30 minutes was taken as a cut off and it was found that out of 59% patients with OHCA, who received CPR for a duration of less than or equal to 30 minutes, ROSC was achieved in 32.5% of them whereas not a single patient could be revived in the remaining 32.5% of patients, who received CPR for a duration of more than 30 minutes. This shows that the CPR duration of more than 30 minutes in OHCA patients is associated with very poor outcome.…”
