“…The kidney absorbed dose (0.049 mSv/MBq) was lower than recorded earlier (0.081 mSv/MBq) [21] but comparable with other antagonists [25,26,28] as well as significantly lower than for [ 68 Ga]Ga-PSMA (0.413 mSv/MBq) [27]. Red marrow dose (0.010 mSv/MBq) was comparable to previous studies for GRPR antagonists and [ 68 Ga]Ga-PSMA (0.00915-0.013 mSv/MBq) [21,[25][26][27][28].…”

“…The organ absorbed dose to the pancreas was found to be 0.124 mSv/MBq, lower than for [ 68 Ga]Ga-RM2 in healthy males (0.51 mSv/MBq) [21] as well as other GRPR antagonists (0.225-0.26 mSv/MBq) [25,26,28] but significantly higher than [ 68 Ga]Ga-PSMA 0.0199 mSv/MBq [27]. The reason could be the higher uptake in healthy males of comparatively young age (mean age 52 years) as compared to old emaciated patients (mean age 77 years) in the current study, as well as fatty infiltration of the pancreas in one of our patients.…”

“…The prostate cancer lesions and their SUV max were determined by 2 experienced physicians, and data such as SUV mean , average activity concentration (Bq/mm 3 ), and the volume of each organ at 1 and 2 h after injection were obtained to determine the organ biodistribution and to calculate the human organ dosimetry. Time-integrated activity coefficients were calculated individually (34), and human organ dosimetry was estimated using the OLINDA/EXM software (version 2.0; Hermes Medical Solutions AB) assuming no voiding of the urinary bladder until 2 h after injection as reported in the literature (16).…”

“…Radiolabeled urea derivatives, including 18 F-DCFBC (6), 18 F-DCFPyL (7), 68 Ga-PSMA-HBED-CC (8), 99m Tc-MIP-1404 (9), 68 Ga/ 64 Cu-DKFZ-PSMA-617 (10)(11)(12), and 18 F-PSMA-1007 (13,14), have been reported to detect primary and metastatic prostate cancer lesions. PSMA PET imaging improves the detection rates for metastatic lesions in lymph nodes and bone, especially at low prostate-specific antigen levels (14)(15)(16)(17)(18)(19)(20). In addition, favorable imaging properties have also been demonstrated in nonprostate cancers (21)(22)(23)(24)(25).…”
