Abstract: Management of gastrointestinal bleeding caused by fundal varices is particularly difficult to manage. The options are: transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS), endoscopic injection of cyanoacrylate or balloon-occluded retrograde transvenous obliteration (BRTO).
