Abstract: Objective: Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocols are established in adults but not fully evaluated in children. This study investigated whether an ERAS protocol improved recovery and influenced postoperative inflammatory cytokine levels in children undergoing surgery for hydronephrosis.
