Epidemiological profile of female detainees in the Brazilian state of Paraíba: a descriptive study

Abstract: RESUMOObjetivo: Descrever o perfil epidemiológico de presidiárias no estado da Paraíba. Método: Estudo transversal, descritivo, quantitativo, realizado entre os meses de julho/outubro de 2012, em penitenciárias femininas.Obteve-se uma amostra de 227 sujeitos. Os dados foram coletados por meio de formulário e analisados à luz da estatística descritiva.
