Eosinophilic folliculitis in HIV positive women differs from men because this may predominantly affect the face and mimic acne excoriée 4 . In our opinion, however, HIV‐EF may resemble clinically papulopruritic eruption of HIV infection and, without biopsy, we think that real incidence of HIV‐EF could be underestimated.…”
