Abstract: Treatment of eosinophilic dermatosis of hematologic malignancy (EDHM) has been challenging with a minimal response to several modalities. Only systemic corticosteroids have consistently proven successful in suppressing the rash; however, the response is often only partial, and symptoms tend to recur as the dosage is tapered.
