Abstract:As herein defined; a ring closing metathesis (RCM) reaction of N-anchored homoallylic dienes followed by enzymatic kinetic resolution and ring closing enyne metathesis (RCEM) with an intramolecular Pauson-Khand reaction of N-tethered homopropargylic enynes are described for the first time.
