Abstract:In this study, the high performance of dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) by using a traveling wave semiconductor optical amplifier (TW-SOA) at a channel spacing of 100 GHz is investigated, in terms of (Q-factor, injected current, transmitted power, gain).
