Endovascular Stent‐Grafts for Thoracic Aortic Disease

Abstract: Diseases of the descending thoracic aorta pose a significant therapeutic challenge. The standard therapy for thoracic aneurysms or dissection is open surgical repair with prosthetic graft replacement of the diseased segment, requiring major thoracotomy.
