Endostatin-Encapsulated N-Succinyl-Chitosan Nanoparticles Inhabited the Growth of MCF-7 Cell

Abstract: A simple method was developed to synthesize the N-succinyl-chitosan (NSC) successfully. NSC was characterized by FTIR, 1 H NMR and element analysis. The NSC can form nanoparticles with TPP through electrostatic interaction. The morphology, particle size and zeta potential of the nanoparticle were investigated and showed a 100 -200 nm in diameter with a positive potential 9.99 mv.
