Employer Branding

Abstract: Employer branding can be defined as the system of corporate values, policies, and behaviors that distinguish an organization as a brand in the labor marketplace. It encompasses the adoption of a twofold perspective: outside the organization, employer branding aims at attracting talents as potential candidates for recruitment; inside the organization, it works as a human resource management strategy to motivate and retain employees.
