Emergence of a Ph-negative Clone in a Child With Ph+ ALL

Abstract: The addition of tyrosine kinase inhibitors to conventional chemotherapy has improved outcomes for pediatric patients with Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
