The neural mechanism underlying creativity has been identified and confirmed by numerous studies. This current exploratory study compared the neural basis between social creativity and general creativity and explored the effect of creative personality on their neural basis by employing multiple regression analysis. The EEG activities of 34 participants were recorded during social or general creative tasks. The results indicated that a stronger alpha event‐related synchronization (ERS) was presented during the social creative task than during the general creative task. High creative personality individuals were found to exhibit higher event‐related desynchronization (ERD) only for the upper alpha band. Additionally, high creative personality individuals revealed no significant task differences regarding the alpha ERS. However, low creative personality individuals exhibited a stronger alpha ERS for social creative tasks than they did for general creative tasks. The current investigation could lead to new approaches for examining the brain correlates of creativity from different domains and their correlations with respect to creative personality.

While the education systems largely remain knowledge oriented and artificial intelligence started exploding to be used in education, this paper reviews Tagorean Human Capital Theory and substantiate cognitive symmetry breaking by combining a sociophysics approach to education and human capital development that builds on the legacy of Rabindranath Tagore. The development of this theory followed a rigorous process of empirical analysis, theoretical reflection, and statistical simulation. We analysed the current state of education, research, and economic development in several countries to identify areas where Tagorean principles could have the greatest impact. We developed the theoretical foundations of Tagorean Human Capital Theory by integrating Tagore's educational philosophy with insights from sociophysics and the XY model. We conducted a statistical simulation to explore the potential economic and social impact of this theory, using the XY model to simulate the effects of Tagorean principles on creativity in education. We discussed the findings of this simulation and the broader implications of Tagorean Human Capital Theory for education and human capital development, highlighting the potential challenges and opportunities associated with implementing this theory in practice. We provide a framework of cognitive symmetry breaking in education that is evident to be a critical criteria to stimulate creativity.

Введение. Новизна исследования заключается в изучении взаимосвязи эмоционального интеллекта и личностных черт у социально активных студентов нового поколения, а также в глубине изучения взаимосвязи, которая рассматривается не только на уровне общих и интегральных показателей, но и на уровне их составляющих. Методы. В исследовании приняли участие 132 студента Южного федерального университета в возрасте от 17 до 25 лет, из них 80 женщин и 52 мужчины. Все респонденты являются представителями социально активной молодежи, принимают активное участие в профессиональных и творческих конкурсах, социальных проектах и характеризуют свой уровень социальной активности как высокий или выше среднего. В исследовании использовались: опросник эмоционального интеллекта «ЭмИн» Д. В. Люсина, «Big Five Inventory-2» («Вопросник Большой Пятерки-2») в русской адаптации С. А. Щебетенко. Для статистической обработки данных применялась программа R с использованием непараметрической и параметрической статистики. Результаты и их обсуждение. У социально активных студентов выявлены общие, характерные для всех компонентов, и специфичные, характерные для отдельных компонентов эмоционального интеллекта, его взаимосвязи с личностными чертами. К общим отнесены взаимосвязи личностных черт «нейротизм» и «тревожность» со всеми структурными компонентами эмоционального интеллекта. К специфичным отнесены положительные взаимосвязи показателя «энергичность» с компонентами эмоционального интеллекта, отвечающими за управление эмоциями, и отрицательные взаимосвязи показателя «эмоциональная лабильность» со структурными компонентами внутриличностного эмоционального интеллекта (p ≤ 0,05). Выявлено влияние сочетания нейротизма и доброжелательности на уровень общего и межличностного эмоционального интеллекта, а сочетания экстраверсии и нейротизма – на уровень внутриличностного эмоционального интеллекта. Заключение. Результаты могут получить применение при разработке рекомендаций по психолого-педагогическому сопровождению студентов с особыми образовательными потребностями в социальной активности, с лидерской одаренностью при разработке индивидуальных образовательных траекторий учащихся.
