Abstract: Conventional fluorescent dyes, i.e., 4-(dicyanomethylene)-2-t-butyl-6(1,1,7,7-tetramethyljulolidyl-9-enyl)-4H-pyran (DCJTB), 5,12-dihydro-5,12-dimethylquino [2,3-b]acridine-7,14-dione (DMQA) and 5,6,11,12-tetraphenylnaphthacene (Rubrene), were used to investigate the performance of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) based on indium tin oxide (ITO)/N,N -bis-(1-naphthyl)-N,N -diphenyl-1,1 -biphenyl-4,4 -diamine (NPB)/tris-(8-hydroxyquinolate)-aluminum (Alq 3 )/MgAg.
