Abstract: Background: Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation and mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (C-Met) amplification are known factors for primary resistance to EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) in advanced primary lung adenocarcinoma.
