Abstract: RESUMOObjetivo: Comparar a eficácia da fixação do enxerto autógeno de conjuntiva ao leito escleral após exérese de pterígio primário, utilizando-se adesivo tecidual de fibrina ou sutura de monofilamento de nylon 10-0.
