“…More importantly, by incorporating 3% N2200 into FOIC, the slope is the lowest, for which we have realized the highest FF in PTB7‐Th/FOIC+N2200+DIO devices. Furthermore, electron mobility ( µ e ) and hole mobility ( µ h ) were measured by using the space‐charge‐limited current (SCLC) method on the basis of the Mott–Gurney equation . The mobility measurements are shown in Figure f; Figure S1, Supporting Information, with specific values summarized in Table S4, Supporting Information.…”

“…The 2D GIWAXS patterns and corresponding line profiles are depicted in Figure 3 ; Figure S2 and S3, Supporting Information. The crystallization coherence length (CCL) was quantified using Scherrer equation . The pure FOIC film exhibits highly ordered lamellar stacking (100) peak at low q ( q = 0.45 Å) in in‐plane direction.…”

“…It is widely accepted that in a semilogarithmic plot of V OC versus light intensity, the first‐order recombination can be extracted from the slope of 2 kT q −1 , while a slope in the order of kT q −1 is associated with the second‐order recombination. Conversely, in the case of the double logarithmic plot of J SC versus light intensity, the dependence of the J SC on the light intensity is described by the expression J SC ∝ I α , where α is considered to be unity if there is negligible second‐order recombination in the device . It is apparent that the slope in the V OC plot of the PCE10:EH‐IDT device stays close to kT q −1 regardless of light exposure time, and the value of α in the J SC plot remains almost at unity, thus indicating that neither first‐ nor second‐order recombination becomes pronounced in the PCE10:EH‐IDT device during the photoaging test.…”

“…To study the effect of defect passivation on free charge carriers dynamics in the microsecond scale, the transient photovoltage (TPV) and TPC measurement were performed. [ 59,71–73 ] Figure 7 a shows the TPV of devices with different single and double ETLs. TPV can reveal information about the charge recombination rate in the device.…”
