“…Our results in intubated but spontaneously breathing rabbits with normal lungs confirm that delivery of salbutamol to small lungs is low. The lung deposition observed in this study for the Aerochamber-Infant is similar to those previously reported in human in vivo scintigraphic studies (6,7).
