Efficacy of Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Agonists Treatment of the Simple Endometrial Hyperplasia in Women of Reproductive Age With Obesity

Abstract: A prospective, randomized, open, comparative study. There were 105 women of reproductive age with obesity and simple endometrial hyperplasia without atypia (EH) included into the study. 13 patients had left the study.31 patients took an agonist of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (aGnRH) Buserelin at the dose of 3.75 mg intramuscularly every 28 days. 33 patients took 10 mg of norethisteron per day. 28 patients took combined estrogen-gestagen drugs (30 mkg of ethinylestradiol + 150 mkg of desogestrel).
