Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of a twelve-week aerobic training program on the body composition of overweight or obese young men. The sample consisted of 21 males of 21.86 ± 1.85 years old. The training was carried out for twelve weeks, running it 3 times a week for a period of 60 to 90 minutes.
